Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of our marketplace and all related services. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms, along with the Neutrality Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Buyer Protection Policy.

Acceptance & Eligibility

By joining the server, using the dashboard, or interacting with our bots, you automatically agree to all platform policies. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the platform as a buyer. Sellers must be at least 18 years old due to Stripe's identity and payout requirements.

Platform Authority

The Founder holds full and exclusive authority over:

  • Rule enforcement and policy changes
  • Dispute outcomes and refund decisions
  • Bans, suspensions, and account removals
  • Staff appointments and system decisions

The platform is not a democracy. The Founder's decisions are final and cannot be appealed. Staff members assist with moderation and support but cannot make final decisions or override the Founder.

Marketplace Roles

  • Buyers: May purchase digital items, services, or accounts from verified sellers. Optionally subscribe to Premium Buyer Membership.
  • Sellers: Must complete verification and may be required to pay a Seller Subscription to list more items.
  • Staff: Assist with moderation and support. All staff actions are subject to Founder approval and may be reversed.

Payments & Fees

Platform products are sold directly by the Founder and follow specific refund rules:

  • Buyer Protection Fee ($0.49): Per-transaction fee, non-refundable
  • Seller Subscriptions: Platform products, some non-refundable
  • Premium Buyer Membership ($5.99/month): May be eligible for refund per platform policy

Platform products under $5.00 are never refundable. Products $5.00 or above may be refundable according to platform rules. Marketplace order refunds follow a 7-day refund window.

Listings & Transactions

Sellers must:

  • Provide accurate descriptions
  • Deliver items as promised
  • Avoid scams or misleading information
  • Respond to disputes when requested

Buyers must:

  • Read listings carefully
  • Provide valid evidence in disputes
  • Avoid false claims or chargebacks

Order Management

  • Order IDs: Generated only after Stripe confirms payment
  • Refund Window: 7 days for marketplace orders $5.00+
  • Visibility Window: Order details visible for 40 days
  • Archive Retention: Stored for up to 4 months for fraud prevention and audits

Account Security & Sharing

Accounts are intended for one individual only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited to protect:

  • Payment information
  • Purchase history
  • Personal data
  • Platform security

Users must:

  • Verify their email after signup
  • Use their own personal email address
  • Keep login credentials private
  • Enable 2FA or passkeys when required

Violations may result in account locks, feature restrictions, or permanent suspension.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Scam or attempt to scam
  • Sell illegal or stolen items
  • Impersonate staff or users
  • Spam listings
  • Exploit bots or systems
  • Bypass verification
  • Harass or threaten others
  • File false chargebacks

Violations result in immediate removal, permanent bans, and potential blacklisting.

Identity & Professional Conduct

Users must:

  • Provide truthful, accurate information
  • Maintain consistent and professional profiles
  • Update outdated information promptly
  • Avoid impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Maintain respectful, business-focused communication

Political discussions, ideological debates, harassment, and drama are strictly prohibited. The platform is a professional business environment.

Future Features

The platform may introduce new features, tools, bots, fees, or systems at any time. All new features are automatically covered under these Terms of Service. Users agree to updated rules by continuing to use the platform.

Account Termination

The platform may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time for safety, fraud prevention, or rule violations. When terminated:

  • All access is removed
  • Purchased items may be revoked
  • All protections are voided
  • Listings and tickets are closed
  • Data may be retained for up to 4 months

Terminated users may not return under alternate accounts.

Legal Jurisdiction

This platform operates under the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All disputes, claims, or legal matters are governed exclusively by Massachusetts law.
